  if you are foreigner, want to rent HDB flat,
  single room will vary ard 300-400 S$ /month
  and hotel is 35 S$ /day – cheapest around Aljunied MRT

  Actually u can stay in our chalet at east coast, sentosa or pasir ris. There's swimming pool, BBQ pits, foodcourt…….. etc. Look into downtown east or costa sand resorts.
