what i am trying to say is that i can rent this place (that is not a chalet) for a party for a few days. I really do not have the money to buy a house.

Don’t think anyone is going to rent it to you if its just for a few days. Only way is to buy the house.
The only private, non-public vacation house that I can think of will be Sentosa Cove.

Singapore don’t have private place for you to rent.
Why not book a whole hotel and have your party?. There are smaller hotels like hotelre or naumi hotel. Furthermore it comes with all the service you need.
Otherwise, you buy the house you want to have party. Don’t think anyone want to rent out their place to you for a few days. Just to have to clean up the mess afterwards.
